These people are so kind! I brought my geriatric 90 lb goldendoodle to the the diy dog wash and then a nail trim. EVERY SINGLE TIME, these women got down on the floor with him and did those nails. It wasn’t easy and they had to twist and bend to get the nails cut - and then filed w the Dremmel tool. It’s never an easy job. They did it with kindness and patience. They truly love animals here and it shows. They’re great.

We called and made an appointment to bathe and have our dog's nails trimmed. We arrived and were immediately greeted and directed to the bathing room. The associate explained everything we needed to know about using their facilities. The associate then gently led our dog up the stairs to the tub. The facilities are exceptionally clean and maintained. We had an excellent experience and will definitely be returning for future needs.

I always come here to bathe my dog and they are really welcome and nice.
